Is it possible to have a “Mediterranean Experience” without actually going to the Mediterranean?

It might sound like a silly question, but not every client has the time or budget to take their group to Europe, yet they desperately want to break out of the typical “fun in the sun” rut they’re in. In my years of working in the group travel services arena, I’ve found several solutions that can fill the bill, but my first recommendation would be for you to consider Cabo San Lucas.

Before dismissing Cabo as “just another trip to Mexico,” take a moment to reconsider. There’s far more to this destination than meets the eye.

Not Just Another Resort Town

Many beach destinations are lined with high-rise resorts stacked side-by-side, making the destination feel crowded and generic. But as you traverse the coastline of Cabo you won’t see any of that. For the true thrill-seeker there’s UTV off-roading over the rough terrain of the Baja coastline, and there’s truly no better spot in the world for Sport Fishing. Also, from December to April the Whale Watching is simply outstanding as both humpbacks and gray whales put on a spectacular show!
